Training and Development
We promote professional growth by providing a continuous learning environment. In addition to extensive on-the-job training, you can receive up to 100 hours of professional training annually, including internal CPE accredited courses as well as external courses.
Evaluation and Feedback
GD&D supports personal development with evaluation programs. In addition to on-the-job feedback, supervisors complete a written performance evaluation annually. Our goal is to help you attain your short and long-term career goals and gain more job satisfaction.
Make a Difference
We are proud of our charitable giving program and the impact it has on our community. Our staff is also active in volunteering their time and expertise to various community, charitable and industry organizations through memberships, participation, pro bono work and support.
