The Firm began business as W. Dawson Carter, CPA, in the late 1940’s. When Mr. Carter retired in 1978, the firm became known as Sam Gainer & Associates. Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.C., was formed in January 1993, a successor to the firm of Sam Gainer & Associates. Effective January 1, 2004, Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.C., converted to Gainer, Donnelly & Desroches, L.L.P.
