G. Scott Soles, CPA

G. Scott Soles, CPA, joined the firm in November 2007 bringing with him over twenty-five years in industry and public service. In addition to external auditing and financial statement preparation, Scott has served extensively in the international marketplace. His public and private company roles include expatriate finance and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, compliance monitoring and internal audit, fraud and forensics, Sarbanes-Oxley programs, and business transformation. Scott was admitted as partner to the firm in December 2008.

Scott’s public accounting qualifications are further supported by his longstanding memberships with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and Institute of Internal Auditors.
