If you have problems, here are a few things you can try:
Go to Tools, Internet
Options, and under the advanced tab make sure FTP is checked in
all places.
If that does not work go to
Tools, Security tab and add the below FTP link into your
Trusted
sites.
If that does not work try to copy and paste the below link into Windows Explorer instead of using Internet Explorer.
If all of the above fails, there is a possibility that your IT group or person as blocked FTP
on your Internet Firewall and you will need to contact them.
